Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the platform, or infringe others' rights.

Seller obligations

Sellers may only upload original work they have the right to license, or work they are authorized to sell. Content that infringes copyright or other IP will be removed. Repeat infringement may result in account termination.

DMCA / copyright notices: email dmca@example.com (replace with your live contact before launch) with the URL of the allegedly infringing listing, a description of the work, and your contact details.

Platform fee

Iconforge takes a 20% platform fee on every paid sale. Net earnings after this fee are what sellers receive via payout.

Credit

Account credit purchased on Iconforge is cash balance for buying icons. It is non-refundable and non-withdrawable, and may only be used on this platform.

Payouts

Seller payouts are processed monthly via Stripe Connect for accounts with accrued earnings of at least $10.00 (1000 cents). Payout timing and eligibility also depend on Stripe account status and applicable law.

Purchases

Icon purchases grant the license described on the License page. Except where required by law, digital purchases are final once download access is granted.
